Online Returns Policy

We would love for every customer to be completely in love with their purchase made at www.svmboutique.com, but if you do not love your piece after you receive it, we will help you find something else to exchange or return the item for you! We offer a store credit (shipping charges not included) on online items within 14 days of purchase either mailed back to the correct location or brought in.

All returned items must have the receipt, original tags attached, not be worn or washed, and in perfect condition. For in-store pickups & phone orders, our return policy is the same - we issue store credit within 14 days of purchase. If you feel your items are incorrect, or damaged in any way, you must notify SVM Boutique within 3 days of receipt.
