Items may be returned within the first 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Additionally; items may be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card for an additional 7 days.
Items must be in original condition and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. Price tags must be attached. For in-store pickups & phone orders, our return policy is the same.

Damages
If there are any damages to your item(s), please email us immediately at svmboutique@gmail.com. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the original delivery date for online orders and 3 days from the original purchase date for in-store orders.
Cancel Order
Any order that is canceled per the request of the customer, before it has been shipped, will be charged a $5 restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund total.
