Returns and Exchanges
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We would love for every customer to be completely in love with their purchase made at www.SVMBoutique.com, but if you do not love your piece after you receive it, we will help you find something else to exchange or return the item for you! We offer a store credit (shipping charges not included) on online items within 10 days of purchase either mailed back to the correct location or brought in. All returned items must have original tags attached, email receipt, not worn or washed, and in perfect condition. For in-store pickups & phone orders, our return policy is the same as our two locations- we issue store credit within 10 days of purchase. If you feel your items are incorrect, or damaged in any way, you must notify SVM Boutique within 3 days of receipt.
SALES are FINAL on any items sold that are discounted. Any lingerie, leggings, bodysuits, home goods, or accessories are final sale as well. No refunds be made for returned “SALE” merchandise. Discounted items and coupon codes are SALE items.
*ALL in store pick ups must be picked up in store within 14 days of the purchase date. If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the items will be put back out on the floor and no refund will be given.*
IN STORE RETURN POLICY
There are no cash / credit refunds for purchases in our 2 locations. Customers can exchange or receive in-store credit with the receipt for undamaged / unworn merchandise with tags still on the garment within 10 days of the purchase date on receipt.
