RETURN POLICY
We would love for every customer to be completely in love with their purchase made at www.svmboutique.com, but if you do not love your piece after you receive it, we will help you find something else to exchange or return the item for you! Items may be returned within the first 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Additionally; items may be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card for an additional 7 days.
Items must be in original condition and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. Price tags must be attached. are final sale. For in-store pickups & phone orders, our return policy is the same.
SALES are FINAL on accessories, home goods, bath, cosmetic, & sale items discounted items.
*All in store pick ups must be picked up in store within 14 days of the purchase date. If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the items will be put back out on the floor and no refund will be given.*
