Returns and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

We would love for every customer to be completely in love with their purchase made at SVM Boutique, but if you do not love your piece after you receive it, we will help you find something else to exchange or return the item for you! Items may be returned within the first 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Additionally; items may be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card for an additional 7 days.

Items must be in original condition and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. Price tags must be attached. For in-store pickups & phone orders, our return policy is the same.

SALES are FINAL on accessories, home goods, bath, cosmetic, & sale/discounted items.

Damages

If there are any damages to your item(s), please email us immediately at svmboutique@gmail.com. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the original delivery date for online orders and 3 days from the original purchase date for in-store orders.

Cancel Order

Any order that is canceled per the request of the customer, before it has been shipped, will be charged a $5 restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund total.
